Policy and Procedure

We believe your hair should complement your lifestyle. After all, nothing makes you feel more complete than a fashionable and complimentary hairstyle.

APPOINTMENTS:
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to prepare for your service.

We recommend that you book your next appointment prior to leaving the salon so we can be sure to accommodate your schedule.


CANCELLATIONS:
All new clients are required to make a $75.00 deposit on appointments for any colour corrective services, perms, or extensions. Deposits will be taken after a consultation with one of our stylists.

The deposit will be applied to your service bill on the day of your service. In the event you need to cancel your appointment we will happily refund you 100% of your deposit when we are given 72 hours notice.

Within 72 hours you will receive 50% of your deposit back. Failure to appear for your appointment will forfeit your entire deposit.

Cancellations left after-hours on our messaging service will be deemed to have been received on the next business day.


RE-DO POLICY:
Any re-do services must be done within 72 hours of original service with the original stylist.
